We were so thrilled to welcome Ben and Kim and their friends and family all the way from the land “Down Under” Australia! The day was a gorgeous tropical afternoon as Kim walked into her Hawaiian tropical floral isle with the sounds of the Ukulele and Hawaiian Oli (chant). We mixed Hawaiian ritual with traditional wedding vows and ring exchange.
The blessing of the leis and then exchanging them with each other represents the giving of one’s heart. The giving of Aloha, a gesture of love, honor and respect. The giving of the Ha, the breath of love and life.
The evening was spent at a private Hawaiian luau with a live Polynesian show, great food, laughter and lots of Aussie humor!
We give thanks and are grateful to have people come from all over the world to enjoy our Aloha and share with us their grateful hearts.
