After you have successfully planned many aspects of your wedding you will need a professional wedding coordinator to advise and execute the timeline on your big day; be point of contact for your vendors and make sure your venue layout is setup according to your plans. This can be a very stressful and time sensitive task to hand over to a friend or relative. Yes, many people like to help but would you rather have them enjoy your wedding day? As a matter of fact, some venues are requiring that a “Day of Coordinator” be hired at least 2 months prior to your wedding to ensure your event goes off seamlessly.
We have worked at Loulu Palms, Kualoa Ranch, Turtle Bay Resort, Waikiki Hotels and Waimea Valley Botanical Gardens just to name a few.
What We Do:
- Assist with timeline creation and execution.
- Discuss arrangements made with vendors and check contracts.
- Confirm details with vendors several weeks prior to the day of your wedding.
- Point of contact for all vendors/helpers on the day of your wedding.
- Send out updated timelines/layouts to all vendors with coordinator contacts.
- Direct vendors/helpers regarding setup.
- Attend and direct wedding rehearsal on or off location.
- Assure bridal flowers arrive to brides’ ready room and grooms’ ready room.
- Assure reception tables are set and ready for guests’ arrival.
- Provide a wedding day emergency kit.
- Set up programs and other ceremony items i.e. guest book, sand ceremony, candles etc…
- Cue wedding party and musicians at the start of wedding processional.
- Manage flow of wedding reception according to timeline.
- Trouble shoot as needed.
- Many other tasks can be provided according to your needs.
