Day of Coordination Services
Today many venues on Oahu require that a licensed and insured wedding coordinator be onsite to direct the flow of your wedding/reception and to make sure all house rules and policies are followed. We will work with you no later than 5 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you have an emergency and need us less than 5 weeks prior to your wedding date we may be able to assist you. We are familiar with many venues on Oahu such as Kualoa Ranch, Loulu Palm Estates, Lanikuhonua, Waimea Valley and Paradise Cove to name a few. Services included but are not limited to the list below:
- To be the first person onsite and the last person to depart according to venue policies.
- To oversee and direct as needed with the setup of the venue according to your layout of plans with the rental company/florist/vendors etc…
- If necessary we will assist with the setup of table decor such as favor placement and simple decor placement at your ceremony site.
- Assistance and advice for wedding/reception timeline.
- To manage the flow of your time line at your wedding/reception.
- *To contact all your booked vendors prior to your wedding.
- To give you vendor referrals at your request.
- To distribute an updated time line for the day of wedding as necessary to vendors/venue and create and or advise your layout of tables/chairs etc
- Make announcements, introductions and cue reception participants.
- To assist with filling out the venue’s wedding checklist.
- To meet with you at the venue for rehearsal/general meeting and then to go over any last minute changes if necessary and walk though the site.
- To cue and direct your wedding processional on the day of your ceremony.
- To oversee the cleanup per the venue policies.
- Trouble shoot as necessary.

My family and friends were so impressed by how everything just came together so smoothly on the day of from the decor to the catering it could not have been more perfect. We brought our own minister and she helped us make sure he was legally able to perform our ceremony. She really wanted us to have the wedding that we envisioned.
