Ceremony

White padded resin chairs for guest seating at the ceremony.

Reception

Parking spaces for up to 50 cars.
Large beautiful deck with ocean view and awning for weather protection. Cafe lighting on deck.
The venue rents all the equipment you need to furnish your reception with tables, chairs, cutlery, linen, tents and more.
Lighting of property perimeter.
Use of a beautiful house with bridal suite for getting ready, wedding party members and immediate family only. Wedding guests and vendors limited to outside space.
Industrial quality clothes steamer and clothes tripod for last minute touch ups.

Entertainment

Authentic Polynesian show complete with Fire Knife Dancers!
Hawaiian ukulele/guitarist musician for welcoming guests, ceremony or cocktail hour.
Professional DJ to play all your songs and genres.

Dining

Catering: Choose from several budget friendly caterers at our recommendation.
Cake: Simple white two tier round wedding cake for dessert (choice of flavors). Pearl border and decorated with fresh flowers or bring your own cake topper.
Bar: 1 licensed bartender (required). Portable bar structure on deck. You provide your own alcohol.

Full service wedding coordination or 1 month prior and day of coordination available.

12-Hour Package

Estimated cost for a full wedding and reception starts at

$20,000 to $30,000

for under 80 guests. Friday, Saturday and Sunday will incur added site fee.

You may also use this venue for less than 12 hours and customize a package.
